Roy Mtshazo Ndlovu of iSintu saMahlabezulu speaking at the first King Mzilikazi Day celebration in Ireland on 26 September 2026.

iSintu saMahlabezulu was proud to be represented by its Secretary General, Roy Mtshazo Ndlovu, at the first King Mzilikazi Day celebration in Ireland, held on 26 September 2026.

During the event, Roy Mtshazo Ndlovu addressed attendees, joining fellow community members in honouring the legacy of King Mzilikazi and recognising the importance of preserving AmaNdebele history, language, traditions and cultural identity for future generations.

The celebration marked an important opportunity for the AmaNdebele community in Ireland to come together, share their heritage and strengthen cultural connections within the diaspora. Such gatherings help keep our history alive while creating opportunities for younger generations to learn about their roots and cultural traditions.

iSintu saMahlabezulu extends its sincere appreciation to the organisers of King Mzilikazi Day Ireland for the invitation and for creating a platform to celebrate and promote our shared heritage.

We value the relationships built through cultural gatherings and welcome opportunities to engage with community organisations across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the wider diaspora in support of cultural education, community inclusion and heritage preservation.

As a community-led, non-party-political and non-religious cultural organisation, iSintu saMahlabezulu remains committed to preserving, promoting and celebrating the heritage, language and traditions of the Ndebele people.
