We honour Ndebele, Xhosa, Nambya, Ndau, Shangaan, Tonga, Kalanga, Tswana, Sotho, Khoisan, and Venda—keeping our languages alive, connecting generations, and empowering the future.

We are a community-led cultural organisation bringing people together through language, music, dance, storytelling, and shared traditions. Our work creates spaces where Ndebele culture is lived, celebrated, and proudly passed on to future generations.

Our Core Objectives
iSintu saMahlabezulu is a non-political, community-led cultural organisation committed to preserving, celebrating and sharing AmaNdebele/aMahlabezulu heritage, language, traditions and cultural knowledge.
Cultural Preservation:
We safeguard and promote the traditions, language, customs, cultural practices and ancestral heritage of the Mahlabezulu people, helping to preserve cultural knowledge and pass it on to future generations.
Unity and Solidarity
We foster unity, mutual respect, and collaboration among Mahlabezulu families and communities, strengthening social bonds and collective responsibility.
Community Empowerment:
To support social, educational, and economic development initiatives within our communities.
Heritage Education & Cultural Learning
We provide heritage education that teaches Mahlabezulu history, values, and cultural practices to our members, youth, and the wider public through workshops, storytelling, and cultural activities
Community Engagement & Representation
